Air B&B feedback

The old adage of listen to your customers is so true and so easy to forget in this 'always on' digital crazy world. The changes that I have made to the site this year have always been on the recommendation of guests - every new guest offers you the unique opportunity of a first impression, so valuable to any business.

Whilst we all love positive feedback it is more often than not the question - 'what do you think we could do better ' that helps shapes the to do list. Often it is such easy things to fix - local cycle routes, things to do without a car and most recently and critically -' no ice for my gin' new fridge required for this most essential provision.

Wishing you a very enjoyable spring, so nice to have the light mornings and the last dog walk in beautiful evening light.
